Nomination Papers Will Be Available on Thursday, January 11, 2018

Nomination papers will be available on Thursday, January 11, 2018 to fill one (1) three-year term for the Board of Selectmen, three (3) three-year terms for the Budget Committee and one (1) three-year term the RSU5 School Board.

Residents may visit the Town Office during regular operating hours to pick up nomination papers. Nominees must collect no less than twenty five and no more than one hundred signatures from registered voters in Durham.   We do recommend a few more then twenty-five just in case the signature is not a registered voter of Durham.

Nomination papers for the above positions will need to be completed and filed with the Town Office on or before Tuesday, February 20, 2018 by 4:30 p.m.

Voter registration is available all year at the Clerk’s office with proof of identity and address confirmation if your driver’s license or state ID’s address is not in Durham.
