Appeals Board - Cancelled

The Appeals meeting below has been continued to a date uncertain while the parties work toward an agreement.

The Durham Appeals Board will meet to hear the following appeal: John Piela appeals the decision to deny Mr. Piela a scrap yard permit and issue a violation notice relative to property located at Map 07, Lot 31.

The meeting will be held at the Eureka Community Center.
