The Durham Appeals Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room at the Town Office, 630 Hallowell Road, Durham, Maine, to hear two appeals with regard to the Planning Board’s approval with conditions of the Truman Estates Subdivision located off Day Road, Map 4 Lot 121A, at the Planning Board Meeting on June 5, 2019. Appellants are 1) Allan Purinton on behalf of Day Road Neighbors 2) Gary and Sarah Spring. The appeals are available at the Durham Town Office during regular office hours.
